Festive Terms and Conditions
- Unfortunately we aren’t able to accommodate any reservations above 6 people for any festive evenings during December. This is due to the layout of the restaurant during this busy time for us. Any reservations above 6 can be accommodated during our lunchtime service only.
- Any tables from 6 people and above ordering from the festive menu must pre order. A festive pre order form can be downloaded HERE
- Any tables from 6 people and above will be allocated a 2.5 hour reservation time
Deposit and Cancellation policy for group bookings
We are an independent restaurant and rely on bookings being honoured. We kindly ask that if you need to make any amendments to your booking that you do so as soon as possible, you can contact our restaurant team on 01257 481234 and they will be happy to help.
Please do make us aware of any special requests you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements. For bookings of 6 or more diners, we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met.
We ask for 24 hours of a cancellation or reduction in numbers. Bookings that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £10 per person charge. We ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release the table if we aren’t informed. By making a booking with us you agree to our reservation cancellation terms.
