The Cherry Tree at Blackrod – Inaugural Golf Day

Friday August 15th 2014 at Bolton Golf Club

We are delighted to announce that we are holding our first ever Charity Golf Day in association with James of Chilli Dip Golf in Blackrod.

Our chosen charity for this year will be our friends at Chorley Mencap.

The competition will be limited to 18 x 4 Man Teams costing £50.00 per player and takes place at Bolton Golf Club on Chorley New Road, Lostock, Bolton.

Once the golf has concluded players are invited back to the Cherry Tree for their evening dinner, Charity Raffle & Auction plus live entertainment.

Each player will have the opportunity to win a brand new Nissan Juke kindly donated and sponsored by the Business Development Director of Chorley Group Adam Turner. The first player to hole-in-one at the selected hole will win this fabulous prize.

The Nissan Juke is described by motoring journalists as “a refreshingly different small car that successfully blends Super-Mini with SUV”

The Golf Day Format

Arrival 12noon for Tea, Coffee & Biscuits

1.00pm – Shot Gun Start – meaning everyone should finish at roughly the same time

Handicap Allowance is ¾ of the Maximum 28

Please note that as we are playing one of the most prestigious golf courses in Lancashire only the correct golf clothing will be allowed on the course or the clubhouse. No inappropriate clothing or footwear will be allowed
